Legal
Terms & Conditions
The rules that apply when you use FANCODE.BET — written in plain language, and worth reading before you play.
Last updated 3 September 2026Template document. These terms are a professionally structured starting point covering the clauses an online gaming operator normally needs. It must be reviewed and completed by a qualified lawyer for your operating jurisdiction and licence before publication.
Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of FANCODE.BET and any service offered through it. By creating an account, placing a stake or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the platform.
Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, to open an account or place a stake.
You must also confirm that online gaming is lawful where you are located. It is your responsibility to know the rules that apply to you. We may block access from territories where we are not licensed to operate, and we may ask for proof of age and residence at any time.
Your account
One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- The details you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account.
- We may require identity verification before a withdrawal is processed, and may suspend an account while verification is outstanding.
- Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Deposits and withdrawals
Funds may only be deposited from a payment method held in your own name. Withdrawals are returned to the same method wherever the payment provider allows it.
- Minimum and maximum limits apply and are shown at the point of transaction.
- We do not act as a bank. Balances do not earn interest.
- Processing times depend on your payment provider as well as on us.
- Where a deposit is reversed or charged back, we may recover the amount from your balance and suspend the account pending review.
Placing and settling bets
A stake is accepted only once it is confirmed on screen and recorded on our systems. Until then it has not been placed.
- Settlement follows the official result published by the relevant governing body or competition organiser.
- Where a market is offered at a price that is clearly wrong — a palpable error — we may void the affected stakes and return them.
- If an event is abandoned, postponed beyond a stated window, or the result cannot be determined, affected markets are voided and stakes returned.
- Scores, statistics and timings shown in the interface are for information. Settlement uses the official source.
Live casino and game rounds
Live casino games are dealt by a live dealer and streamed in real time. The result is whatever the dealer produces at the table.
For fast round-based games such as Aviator, the outcome of each round is determined before the round begins and can be verified afterwards against the published hash. A round in progress continues regardless of whether you remain connected. Where an automatic cash-out was set and reached, it settles at that value.
If a round is interrupted by a technical fault on our side, affected stakes are voided and returned.
Promotions and bonuses
Any promotion carries its own terms, which are published with it and form part of these terms for anyone who takes part.
- Promotions may be limited by time, market, game or eligibility.
- Where a wagering requirement applies, it is stated up front.
- We may withdraw or amend a promotion, and may withhold a bonus where we reasonably believe it has been abused.
Responsible gaming
Gaming is entertainment. It is not a way to make money, and it should never be used to recover a loss.
We provide tools to help you stay in control, and we encourage you to use them before you need them:
- Deposit limits — cap what you can add over a day, week or month.
- Session reminders — a prompt showing how long you have been playing.
- Time out — lock your account for a short cooling-off period.
- Self-exclusion — close access for an extended period, or permanently.
If gaming has stopped feeling like entertainment, stop and seek support. Contact us at support@fancode.bet and we will help you apply a limit or close your account.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- use the platform if you are under 18, or in a territory where doing so is unlawful;
- open more than one account, or use another person's identity or payment method;
- use bots, scripts, automated systems or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage;
- attempt to interfere with, probe or reverse engineer the platform;
- collude with other users, or act on inside information relating to an event.
Breach of this section may result in suspension or closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance derived from the breach.

Availability and liability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control may interrupt access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your reliance on information that is displayed for guidance rather than settlement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the platform, our licence or the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
Where a change materially affects your rights we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and contact
