Overview
This policy explains what personal information FANCODE.BET collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what control you have over it.
We collect what we need to run the platform, verify who you are, meet our regulatory obligations and keep play safe. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
- Verification documents — identity and address evidence where regulation requires it.
- Payment information — the method used to deposit and withdraw.
- Anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
Information collected automatically

- IP address and approximate location derived from it.
- Pages viewed, features used, and time spent on the platform.
- Betting and gameplay activity, including stakes, results and session length.
How we use your information
- To create and operate your account, and to process deposits and withdrawals.
- To verify your identity and age, and to prevent fraud, collusion and money laundering.
- To settle stakes and maintain an accurate record of activity.
- To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
- To monitor for signs of harmful play and apply the responsible gaming tools you have set.
- To improve the platform, diagnose faults and understand which features are used.
- To send service messages, and — only where you have opted in — marketing.
Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the service you have signed up for.
- Legal obligation — to meet licensing, anti-money-laundering and age-verification duties.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the platform, prevent fraud and improve the product.
- Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the platform is used.
- Essential — required for the site to function, including session and security cookies. These cannot be switched off.
- Preference — remember settings such as your chosen limits or display options.
- Analytics — help us see which features are used and where people run into problems.
- Marketing — used only with your consent, to measure campaigns.
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the platform from working.
Sharing your information
We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:
- payment providers, to process deposits and withdrawals;
- identity verification and fraud prevention providers;
- game and live-studio providers, to deliver the games you play;
- hosting, analytics and customer support providers acting on our instructions;
- regulators, law enforcement and other authorities where we are legally required to do so.
Service providers act under contract, may use your information only for the purpose we specify, and may not sell it.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as licensing, tax and anti-money-laundering rules require us to.
Where we no longer have a reason to keep information, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and separation of duties to protect personal information, and we restrict access to staff who need it to do their job.
No system is completely secure. Choose a strong, unique password, do not reuse it elsewhere, and tell us immediately if you think your account has been compromised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
To exercise any of these, email support@fancode.bet. We may need to verify your identity first. Some rights are limited where we have a legal duty to retain records.
International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where information is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we put appropriate safeguards in place to protect it.
Children
FANCODE.BET is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
If we discover that an account belongs to a minor, we will close it, void any activity on it and delete the associated information. If you believe a minor has accessed the platform, contact us immediately.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the platform, our providers or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be notified to you.
Questions, requests or complaints about privacy can be sent to support@fancode.bet or through the contact form. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
